A tide suppressed.
A surge of emotions......
Unexpressed.....
A heavy feeling,
Which the mind ignores.

I had written these lines almost a decade ago.
Experiencing the same tempest ravaging my soul for last few weeks.
Surprisingly, this time I am feeling what someone else is going through.
As the quote in Love and Space Dust says,
